The organisers are responsible for the running of the Third International Youth Forum of the EYPE. They are the ones who are in charge of the organisation of the programme, venues, fundraising, etc. Their aim is to ensure the high quality of the session, making it a memorable experience for you!

CHAIRS TEAM



Every committee will be under the leadership of a chairperson, whose role is to guide the delegates throughout the session, ensuring that everyone’s opinions are respected and heard. The chairs team is under the leadership and guidance of the Board, consisting of the session President and three Vice-Presidents.

The Participation Fee of the 3rd Iberian Forum for chairs is 60€

PRESS TEAM


In order to documentate the events of the session, we will have the press team. The journalists will produce both newspapers and short films throughout the session with the aim of further educating and informing the delegates about different aspects of the session. They will work under the leadership of two editors, both of whom are experienced members of EYP and will have the main responsibility of the session paper, design and articles.

​ DELEGATES

The vast majority of those attending the session attend as delegates. They are the main actors  of each session – after all, the sessions are organised for them. The Participation Fee of the 3rd Iberian Forum for delegates is 160€
